Tshipi e Ntle Manganese Mining Celebrates Inaugural Employee Long Service and Culture Awards with Resounding Success
Tshipi e Ntle, one of the top five (5) leading exporters of manganese from South Africa, proudly announces the successful conclusion of its inaugural Employee Long Service and Culture Awards, held on 26 June 2023 and 29 July 2023. The events recognised the dedication, commitment, and outstanding contributions of employees who have played pivotal roles in shaping the company's success over the years.
The Employee Long Service and Culture Awards were introduced as a way to honor and celebrate employees who have displayed unwavering loyalty and have been an integral part of the organization's growth and progress. This remarkable event served as an opportunity to appreciate the invaluable contributions made by these exceptional individuals.
The evening commenced with a warm welcome from company’s CEO, Ezekiel Lotlhare, who expressed heartfelt gratitude for the hard work and dedication of the employees. The CEO emphasised the significance of their long-standing commitment to shaping the company's culture and propelling its achievements.
The ceremony featured a series of heartfelt speeches, inspiring stories, and memorable moments from various distinguished guests including the Non-Executive Board member of the company, Mrs Cynthia Ompemetse Mokgodi, Business partners and the Local Radio Station, Kurara FM’s board of directors. These guests took turns to express their appreciation for the honored employees, recounting anecdotes that exemplified their outstanding contributions.
One of the highlights of the event was the presentation of the Long Service Awards, which recognised employees who have completed significant milestones in their tenure at Tshipi. The recipients were commended for their remarkable dedication, expertise, and consistent performance, which have been instrumental in the organisation's growth and success.
